PILATES

This is a mind-body workout that when performed consistently, improves flexibility, builds strength and develops control and endurance in the entire body. Pilates emphasizes developing a strong core, alignment, breathing and improving  coordination and balance. Pilates exercises can be modified in range to accommodate most fitness levels.
